Writing manual on Cambodian Livestock Micro Enterprise Development (MED) projects, including Business Models, Animal Husbandry, and Disease prevention, management and treatment; 138 pages, 29 000 words, available free-of-charge. To finance new churches, loans made to new pastors to start a MED project to fund their work; this provides the vital technical information to support this work. Project supported and defined by AoG Australia who provides assistance to the National Church in this area.
Audited existing Livestock MED projects, including their respective business models, budgets, husbandry and disease prevention, management and treatment.
Worked closely with AoG Cambodia community development workers, using CHE system. to assist them in providing specifically requested training in Financial Management, and Grant Proposal writing and general management oversight assistance.
Also some work in Laos, with a FIDA funded program there doing a short review of their location strategy; made recommendations internally which are currently assisting future planning.
